1. Information we collect

When you join an ADDIGD Live waitlist, we collect the information you choose to submit.

For individuals, this may include:

• first name;
• date of birth;
• email address;
• country and city;
• areas in which you would use ADDIGD;
• information you choose to provide about your experiences or needs;
• whether you are interested in early access or pre-launch testing.

For businesses, this may include:

• contact name, role, phone number and email address;
• business name, email address, phone number and website or social-media information;
• country and city;
• business category;
• information about what the business would use ADDIGD to communicate;
• information about how the business currently communicates with customers;
• information you choose to provide about business needs;
• whether the business is interested in early access or pre-launch testing.

Date of birth is optional. It is not used to impose a minimum-age rule or to make automated decisions.

If you contact us directly, we may also process the information contained in your communication.

We also process limited attribution information where available, including the referring URL or source, landing page and UTM source, medium, campaign, content and term.

To operate, secure and measure the website, we process limited technical information such as request IP address, browser or device information, broad device category, page viewed, referral source and timestamps. The application does not store raw IP addresses in its database. For approximate daily visitor counts, it creates a one-way daily code from the IP address and a secret; that temporary code is deleted after a short operational period.

2. Why we use your information

We use information to:

• operate and manage the ADDIGD Live waitlist;
• understand demand, locations and potential use cases for ADDIGD Live;
• identify and contact people or businesses that request early access or pre-launch testing participation where appropriate;
• respond to communications and requests;
• operate, secure, troubleshoot and measure the website;
• comply with applicable legal obligations and establish, exercise or defend legal rights.

Optional research responses may also be analysed in aggregated or anonymised form to help us understand user and business needs.

3. Legal basis

We process personal data only where we have a lawful basis to do so.

Managing a waitlist request and related requested early-access or testing participation may be necessary to take steps at your request.

We rely on our legitimate interests where reasonably necessary to understand demand for ADDIGD Live and to operate, secure, troubleshoot and measure this pre-launch website, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.

We may process information where necessary to comply with a legal obligation or to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.

If a future activity relies on consent, we will request that consent separately. The optional early-access and testing choices in the current waitlist forms are preference fields and are not a blanket privacy or marketing consent.

4. Communications

Joining the waitlist does not automatically mean that you agree to receive unrelated advertising or marketing communications.

We may contact you where necessary in connection with your waitlist registration, requested early access or participation in pre-launch testing.

If ADDIGD later offers separate marketing communications, any consent required for those communications will be collected separately.

5. Services, recipients and data sources

We do not sell your personal information.

We use Cloudflare to host and deliver the website, store waitlist data in Cloudflare D1, protect forms with Turnstile and rate limiting, and protect the internal Control Panel with Cloudflare Access. Cloudflare processes technical and submitted information as needed to provide those services.

We use Adobe Fonts to deliver the Neue Haas Grotesk webfont. When the font is requested, Adobe receives technical delivery information including the website hostname and IP address. Adobe states that the Fonts service receives the IP address to deliver the font but does not store it, and that the website font service does not set or use cookies to serve fonts.

Worldwide city suggestions use a locally imported subset of GeoNames data. City searches are performed in our own database and are not sent to GeoNames. GeoNames data is provided under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence; source: GeoNames. The imported data has been adapted to retain only fields required for city search and normalization.

Service providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services to ADDIGD and subject to applicable data-protection requirements. We may also disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.

We may transfer information as part of a reorganisation, restructuring, merger, acquisition, transfer of business or transfer of the ADDIGD service to another entity, subject to applicable data-protection requirements.

6. International processing

Cloudflare and Adobe operate internationally and may process information outside Romania or the European Economic Area.

Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on applicable safeguards provided under data-protection law and the relevant provider terms, which may include adequacy decisions, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary measures.

7. How long we keep information

Waitlist submissions are retained for a maximum of 24 months from submission unless a longer period is required by law or the information is validly deleted earlier.

Aggregate website analytics are retained for a maximum of 24 months. Daily visitor-deduplication codes are retained for no more than three days. They cannot be used by the application to recover the original IP address.

Security and provider logs are retained only as operationally necessary under the active service configuration and applicable provider terms. Information required for legal compliance or to establish, exercise or defend legal rights may be kept for the period required by law.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:

• access personal data we hold about you;
• correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
• request deletion of your data;
• request restriction of processing;
• object to certain processing;
• receive certain data in a portable format;
• withdraw consent where processing actually relies on consent.

Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection supervisory authority. In Romania, this is the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or loss.

No internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Analytics, cookies and similar technologies

Our first-party analytics record aggregate page views, approximate daily visitors, routes, referral sources, landing pages, broad device categories and timestamps. We do not use analytics cookies, browser fingerprinting, advertising pixels, session recording or persistent individual browsing profiles.

The public application keeps initial referral and UTM information only in the current page session memory so it can be attached to a successful waitlist submission. It does not store this information in a browser cookie or persistent browser storage.

Cloudflare security services, Turnstile and the protected Control Panel may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies where required for security or authentication. Adobe Fonts does not set or use cookies to serve the website fonts.

If we introduce non-essential technologies that require consent, we will provide the necessary information and consent controls before using them.

11. Automated decision-making

We do not use the information collected by this website for automated decision-making that produces legal effects or similarly significant effects.

12. About this website

ADDIGD Live is currently under development. This website presents the concept of ADDIGD Live and allows individuals and businesses to register interest in future access.

Joining a waitlist does not guarantee access, a launch date, service level, commercial terms, geographic coverage, participation in testing or availability in any location.

13. Illustrative content

Examples of businesses, availability, appointments, products, services, prices, quantities, offers, locations and other signals shown on this website may be fictional or illustrative and are used to demonstrate how ADDIGD Live may work.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, they are not actual commercial offers or representations of current availability.

14. Product development

Features, functionality, design, availability and launch plans shown or described on this website may change before public release.

Nothing on this website guarantees that a particular feature or service will be launched in the form currently presented.

15. Your submissions and acceptable use

You must provide only information that you are entitled to submit and must not use the website to impersonate another person or organisation, submit unlawful or fraudulent information, introduce malicious code, generate automated abusive traffic, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with the website's operation or security.

16. Intellectual property

The ADDIGD name, ADDIGD Live name, logos, G-Switch, visual identity, website design, original text, graphics and other original materials displayed on this website are owned by or licensed to ADDIGD Solutions, except where otherwise indicated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish or commercially exploit these materials without prior permission except where permitted by law.

17. Third-party services and links

The website may contain links to third-party websites or services. ADDIGD does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices or terms.

18. Availability and liability

We may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of this website at any time and do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ADDIGD is not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on illustrative, incomplete or pre-launch information displayed on this website.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by mandatory law.

19. Governing law and rights

These website terms are governed by Romanian law. This does not deprive consumers or data subjects of protections or rights that apply under mandatory consumer, data-protection or other applicable law, including any mandatory right to bring proceedings in another competent jurisdiction.

20. Changes

We may update this Legal & Privacy page as the website and ADDIGD Live develop. The current version and its effective date will be displayed on this page.

Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before materially changing how personal information is processed.
